How do I apply to be an exhibitor?

Applications are via our website, please complete the online form.

How many staff can work on the stand?

We recommend a minimum of 2 people to allow each other to take breaks.

Can I share a stand?

No, exhibitors must adhere to our one stand policy.

Will there be power for my stand?

Power is available at an additional cost. This must be communicated to us at least 21-days prior to the event date

Can I bring my own power boards and cords?

Yes however, they must be tagged and tested by a qualified electrician prior to the expo.

How much is a stand?

We collect a minimal participation cost that simply cover setup. Prices vary per expo venue. Please contact us for up-to-date event pricing.
